Founded in 2006 in Valencia, Spain, as Solventure Gestión SL, Solve Recycling has evolved into a pioneer of sustainable waste management.
Since 2017, we have dedicated our expertise to developing cutting-edge chemical recycling technology specifically designed for end-of-life, hard-to-recycle mixed plastic waste. Recognizing the need for scalable, adaptable solutions, we focused our efforts in 2020 on the research and development of modular, containerized pyrolysis plants.
This breakthrough R&D became the cornerstone of our technology, leading to several key milestones:
2023 | Real-World Validation: We launched our first modular pilot plant in the Republic of Georgia, with an annual capacity of 600 metric tons (MT). This facility allowed our R&D team to gather crucial real-world data by processing plastic waste from municipal, industrial, and agricultural streams—enabling us to refine our recycling methodology and automated processing algorithms.
2024 | Scaling Up: Leveraging the data from our pilot project, we engineered SolveOne—our industrial-scale modular recycling plant. Boasting a completely automated processing algorithm, SolveOne features an annual capacity of 3,000 MT.
2025 | Certification & Offtakes: Aligning with world-class industry standards, both Solve and our Georgian recycling plant achieved ISCC certification. Concurrently, we secured several key offtake agreements for future plants across Europe.
Present (July 2026): SolveOne is currently undergoing rigorous industrial testing and CE certification at our facility in Georgia.
Today, Solve Recycling is actively building a global network of plastic waste recycling plants across Europe, Southeast Asia, and Latin America. As the sole owner of the trademark, web domains, proprietary technology, engineering documentation, and operational know-how, we are uniquely positioned to drive the global transition toward a true circular economy.

MSc in Civil Engineering, MBA, with over 50 years of professional experience in nuclear, fossil-fired, open and combined cycle gas, wind and solar power plants, as well as in electric lines and substations in the worldwide market. He has worked, in over 40 different countries, for Architect Engineering firms, Industrial EPC integrators and Electric Utilities as Empresarios Agrupados, Tecnicas Reunidas and Union Fenosa (nowadays Naturgy). Lately he served as Vice President, Nuclear Business Development at Empresarios Agrupados.
